SALEM -- Some gun-toting demonstrators have taken their protest and their weapons inside the Capitol building.
Oregon law allows people who have concealed handgun licenses to openly carry weapons inside public buildings, including the Capitol.
Among those who ventured inside from a pro-gun rally across the street was a man who would only give a first name, Warren.
"I'm supporting my fellow patriots," he said. He was carrying an AR-15 slung across his back. "It's technically loaded," he said, meaning a full magazine was in place, but no round was chambered.
You just gotta wonder what would happen if someone tossed a whole roll of firecrackers in amongst this bunch.

I see patriotic Americans doing no harm whatsoever to anyone. I see something completely different from Rick.
Query: If the photos were of armed agents of the State, like policemen and soldiers, would Rick notice or care? Rick would say, "What a beautiful sight to behold. Agents of the State, with guns, make me feel safe and secure, like a child in a warm blanket."
Why does Rick see danger from guns in the hands of his fellow citizens?
American kids are told, "if you are ever lost or in trouble, go to the nice policeman. The policeman will help you, he is a superhero." The child is taught that physical safety is something the State will provide, that the child can depend on. Superhero policeman will always be there. It feels so good, that it becomes easier and easier to believe in the State for everything: education, food, shelter, a cell phone, etc. ad infinitum.
Fauxgressives like Rick never outgrow this mentality. Again, put police uniforms on the people in the pictures above, and Rick would never question what he is seeing. He truly believes there is some sort of difference in humanity between the policeman and the citizen, a difference between the policeman and you or I.
Don't fear citizens with guns. Fear citizens with fascist leanings, like Rick.
Sounds like Rick is making fun of these guys, Jewish Markman. Which sort of makes the rest of your comment rather stoopid.
What Dez said.

Speaking of fast CPU's, I'm guessing that you still haven't figured out that I don't afford certain bloggers the luxury of commenting here when they themselves can't afford all their own readers that same luxury.
Oh, wow, Rick; for a moment there I thought you had gone out and recruited the staff of The Onion to come in and sock-puppet some parody troll comments. They were really good!
